Returns & exchanges
You may return your order within 30 days of receiving it. Once your return reaches us, we refund the purchase amount within five working days to your original payment method.
How it works
Three steps to a smooth return
Follow the steps below so we can process your return correctly and refund you as quickly as possible.

Request your return form
Email us at support@meganandsophie.com with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange. We send you the return form and the return address by reply, usually the same working day.

Send your order back
Pack the items together with the completed return form and send the parcel to the address stated on the form. Please use a tracked service (Track & Trace) so the shipment can be followed — as the sender you remain responsible for the parcel until we have received it.

Receive your refund
As soon as your return arrives and has been checked, we refund the purchase amount within five working days to the payment method you used. You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund is on its way.
Conditions
- Items should be unworn, unwashed and returned with their original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping is arranged and paid by you, unless the item arrived faulty or incorrect.
- For an exchange, let us know the size or colour you would prefer and we will reserve it for you where possible.
- Received something damaged? Email us a photo within 14 days and we will resolve it for you.

How long does delivery take?
Orders are packed within one to two working days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel leaves our studio.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your address. The exact cost is always shown before you pay — see our shipping policy for details.
Can I return an item?
Yes — you have 30 days from the day you receive your order. Email us for the return form and address, then follow the three steps above.
How do I know what size to order?
Every product page lists garment measurements and a fit note. Our pieces are cut with a relaxed drape — if you are between sizes, the smaller size usually keeps the cleaner line. Send us your measurements and we will advise.
Is my payment secure?
